CHECKOPP · INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION

Individual consultation for a specific case

For projects, technologies, engineering questions and commercialization tasks that need focused analysis rather than a standard package.

Materials first, price second

Start by describing the Case and providing the materials needed to understand it. The scope and individual price are determined only after the materials are reviewed. There is no placeholder checkout and no automatic purchase on this page.

01

Provide the Case

Describe the project or problem and add the available documents, links and other relevant materials.

02

Agree scope and price

CheckOpp reviews the materials, defines the consultation scope and communicates an individual price for your approval.

03

Invoice and payment

After you approve the price, an invoice is issued. An issued invoice is not treated as paid until payment is actually confirmed.

04

Work starts

Paid work is authorized only according to the agreed terms and confirmed payment status.

Format and language

A written consultation may be prepared in any supported language. Oral consultation and direct communication are available in Russian and Ukrainian. The exact output, depth, timing and any specialist involvement are defined for the individual Case before paid work is authorized.

International project teams

For complex or multidisciplinary tasks, a temporary project team may be assembled from independent specialists in different countries. The composition of the team, scope of each specialist's involvement, expected cost and responsibilities are agreed with the client before such work begins.

What the invoice flow means

Client approval means approval of the proposed scope and price. It is not a payment confirmation. CheckOpp records a real invoice separately, confirms actual receipt of payment separately, and only then authorizes the linked paid work unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
