1. Service provider
CheckOpp is operated by OLEKSANDR KORETSKIY PR AGENCIJA ZA TEHNIČKI KONSALTING FUTOG, Preduzetnik, registered at Dr. Milana Kostića 4A, 21410 Futog, Republic of Serbia, registration/tax details Matični broj: 68055407; PIB: 115052587, contact office@koretskiy.rs.
2. What CheckOpp is
CheckOpp is designed primarily for business, professional, technical and institutional users. It is an AI-assisted opportunity assessment and engineering/commercialization decision-support service. Depending on the Case and selected service level, CheckOpp may provide applicability screening, structured opportunity assessment, research, verification planning, route-specific consultation, ARITZ-based analysis, expert review, and related decision-support outputs.
CheckOpp is not a guarantee that a technology, project, invention, business opportunity or commercialization route will succeed.
3. User capacity, accounts and Cases
The service is intended primarily for B2B/professional use. A user acting in the course of a trade, business, profession or institutional role is treated as a business/professional user. A natural person acting outside such activity may qualify as a consumer and may have mandatory rights that differ from the B2B terms.
A user may be required to authenticate before creating or accessing a Case. The user is responsible for providing accurate contact information and protecting access to the email account used for authentication.
Each Case is associated with its own materials, history, outputs and service state. Users must not attempt to access another user's Case or bypass access controls.
4. Free and paid service stages
CheckOpp may offer a free or pilot-stage assessment before any paid service. A free result may be limited in depth, evidence, verification or route analysis.
Paid services, when enabled, will be described on the Pricing page or in a separate written offer before purchase. Viewing a price or recommendation does not itself create a paid order.
5. AI-assisted processing and human review
CheckOpp uses automated and AI-assisted tools. Outputs may contain assumptions, uncertainty, incomplete information or errors. Some Cases may be routed to human review, expert supervision or a request for additional information.
Users must consider the stated evidence level, assumptions, unresolved questions, risk gates and review status of each output.
6. User Materials
Users may submit descriptions, files, links, images, technical documents, calculations, patents, confidential materials and other content ("User Materials").
The user represents that they have the right and authority to submit and process those materials through CheckOpp. The user must not upload unlawful content or third-party confidential information without authorization.
The user retains ownership of pre-existing User Materials and grants CheckOpp a limited right to host, copy, process, transform and transmit them only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, review and support the requested service, subject to the Privacy Policy and Confidentiality notice.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not access another person's Case, interfere with service security, bypass access controls, upload malware or unlawful content, use CheckOpp to facilitate unlawful conduct, or misrepresent CheckOpp output as certified engineering documentation, regulatory approval or professional sign-off where none has been issued.
8. Professional limitations
Unless a separate written engagement expressly states otherwise, CheckOpp output is not licensed engineering design, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, patent opinion, regulatory approval, conformity assessment, safety certification or construction documentation.

9. Intellectual property
The original methodology text, original structure, classifications, frameworks, documentation, templates, service architecture, software implementation, user interface and branding created for CheckOpp/Koretskiy Methodology remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The methodology is an original proprietary methodology developed by Oleksandr Koretskiy; CheckOpp is its software implementation and operational environment.
This statement does not claim ownership of classical TRIZ/ARIZ as a discipline, public-domain or generally known engineering methods, standards, external sources, third-party materials, or pre-existing User Materials. Rights relating to User Materials and generated Case-specific output are described in the Intellectual Property Policy. Use of CheckOpp does not itself establish patentability, inventorship, ownership of an invention or freedom to operate.
10. Confidentiality
CheckOpp treats Case Materials in accordance with the Confidentiality notice and Privacy Policy, subject to necessary service providers, authorized experts, legal obligations, security needs and stated exceptions.
11. Fees, payments and refunds
Where paid services are activated, the applicable price, currency and service scope will be shown before purchase or stated in a separate written offer.
Payment, cancellation and refund rules are governed by the Pricing & Payment Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy then in force. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.
12. Service availability and changes
CheckOpp may change, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal, technical or product reasons. Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting an active paid service will not be applied retroactively to reduce the agreed deliverable.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for security reasons, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment where applicable, or conduct that threatens the service or other users.
Termination does not automatically erase records that CheckOpp must retain for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution or audit purposes.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CheckOpp is provided on an "as available" basis. No warranty is given that every source is complete, every external link remains available, every estimate is correct, or every identified opportunity is commercially or technically feasible.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to mandatory law, For a business/professional user, to the extent permitted by applicable law, CheckOpp's aggregate contractual liability arising from a specific paid service is limited to the fees actually paid for that affected service. CheckOpp is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or business interruption to the extent such exclusion is legally permitted. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from intent or gross negligence (krajnja nepažnja), or other mandatory grounds under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected..
16. Changes to these Terms
Material revisions will be versioned. Where a change materially affects an existing user's contractual rights or requires renewed acceptance, CheckOpp may require re-consent before further use of affected services.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the contractual relationship with CheckOpp are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For business, professional and institutional users, disputes arising out of or in connection with CheckOpp are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia and, where a choice of territorial jurisdiction is legally permitted, the court competent for the registered seat of the CheckOpp service provider, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
If a user acts as a consumer, the choice of Serbian law does not deprive that consumer of mandatory protections that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would otherwise apply. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from relying on mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to the dispute.
