Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Status: Draft for review — not yet published.
1. How to complain
A user may submit a complaint concerning service quality, access, billing, privacy, security or another CheckOpp matter.
Contact:
office@koretskiy.rs
Dr. Milana Kostića 4A, 21410 Futog, Republic of Serbia
Please include the relevant Case ID or payment reference where available, but do not send passwords or authentication tokens.
2. What happens next
CheckOpp will record the complaint, review the relevant service history and respond within the period required by applicable law or, where no mandatory period applies, within a reasonable time.
For a consumer complaint that qualifies as a reklamacija under applicable Serbian consumer law, CheckOpp will confirm receipt without delay, respond in writing or electronically no later than 8 days after receipt, and, where the complaint is accepted, resolve it within the legally applicable period (normally up to 15 days for services, unless a different mandatory period applies).
3. Technical complaint
For a technical failure, CheckOpp may review logs, work-order history, version history and recovery events to determine whether the original authorized work can be safely resumed.
4. Analytical disagreement
A disagreement with an analytical conclusion can be reviewed for source quality, calculation error, missing evidence, contradiction or process failure.
A complaint does not guarantee that CheckOpp will change a conclusion where the evidence still supports the original result.
5. Privacy complaints
Privacy requests and complaints may also be sent to office@koretskiy.rs.
Where applicable, individuals may complain to the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
6. Consumer dispute resolution
Where the user qualifies as a consumer, CheckOpp will provide access to any mandatory complaint or out-of-court dispute-resolution process required under applicable Serbian law. If another mandatory consumer regime applies to a specific cross-border transaction, any non-waivable rights under that regime remain unaffected.
A Serbian consumer who has first submitted a complaint directly to CheckOpp may use the official out-of-court consumer-dispute procedure administered through the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia. The Ministry maintains the official online ADR platform and list of approved dispute-resolution bodies. CheckOpp will participate where participation is required by applicable Serbian consumer law.
7. Courts and governing law
The CheckOpp service relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. For business/professional users, disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Serbia and, where legally permitted, the court competent for the registered seat of the service provider. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
8. No retaliation
CheckOpp will not restrict ordinary service access merely because a user submitted a good-faith complaint, except where restriction is independently necessary for security, abuse prevention or another lawful reason.
